Below are samples of welcome emails you may wish to use to let your clients know how to login to the iVisa System.

Company Welcome

Good afternoon <Representative Name>

I understand that you have kindly agreed to sponsor <Migrant Name>. The next step in preparing the application is to gather all the documents required for the company part of the application. 

Your <Agency Name> online file is how we do this ­ please find below your login to our online system.

When you log in, click on the Visa Applications page and then click on the Case Number button in the Case column, you will then see a list of the documents we need and a built-in Messenger window. To download a form or instructions on what is required, simply click on the document icon next to that particular form or document. To upload, click on the big blue arrow. To replace an uploaded document, just upload it again.

For more details, please click on the User Guide link on your homepage after you log in.

I would also like to introduce <Employee Name assigned as AGENT on the CASE> who will be assisting you in the preparation of this application.

If you have any questions concerning the application, it would be great if you could communicate with <Employee Name assigned as AGENT on the CASE> via the instant messaging window in your EasiVisa online file.  We are keen to keep all electronic communications and documents in one place – i.e. in your EasiVisa online files.   In this way, we should all stay up-to-date with the progress of the application. Naturally if you need to speak to <Employee Name assigned as AGENT on the CASE> please feel free to call at any time.
