The Alerts page is where you can keep track of any urgent requests from your Migration Agents on all of your Cases.

When a Migration Agent urgently requires some action on your part (or the part of one of your Representatives) they may set an Alert which will specify what they require ( hover over View in the Details column) and when it is required by (Due Date). Act Now will take you straight into the Case. Once the Agent has confirmed that the Alert request has been fulfilled, it will disappear from the Current Alerts section and move down into History.
